What month is it again?

I have lived here in Glendale for almost three years and I still can't get used to this wonderful weather, Spring is officially here Friday but you have to check out this weeks weather I am so excited we might actually go swimming this week. Yes swimming in march and I know that there are friends out there that have already ventured to the pool, I am a little late this year.
On a side note does anyone have any good St. Patrick's day ideas, Lizzie is so excited about it and I really don't know how to make it fun for her.

Today it is gorgeous here too - well probably not as nice as yours. We just got back from the park and I don't think swimming is in the near forecast ;) I am jealous. Ross has been wanting to go, but I am not really into putting on a swim suit right now, nor do I have one that would fit.

Ayy who, I think I am doing breakfast for dinner tomorrow (I am shooting for easy here)and making green pancakes, with strawberries on top (what green topping could you do, really?!) and then green cool whip on top. I thought I would pair it with green eggs and some green grapes. For dessert - a slush/drink, lemon sorbet in some 7 up. That is the best I could come up with without spending a lot of time in the kitchen. I think I might be checking back here to see others' ideas too!

St. Pat ideas...I'm in need too. I went to Family Fun's website and got a couple. mostly pics to color

I teacher I worked with would put a pan with green paint by the classroom door and would dip her thumbs in green paint and leave "leprechaun footprints" around the classroom. she'd tell the kids she tricked the leprechaun because when he came in the room he stepped in the paint and walked around.

She also put green pudding in baby food jars then the kids would add milk and shake.

As for swimming. We drove past cherry hill the other day and Nate totally remembered it- how we went swimming with cousins. I don't think I'll be wearing a suit soon.

I have no ideas for today, but today is basically over...dang!
I'm sure that Lizzie has ideas of her own too.

Megan..I love how you say no big deal for ideas then have a whole meal complete with dessert all planned out! Funny...cute mom.
